SHIPPING POLICIES
1. All shipping costs are including tracking number, handling and packaging
2. All items will be shipped out from Airmail (Standard International) Cyprus Postal Service, which usually will take about 7-30days (excluding Weekend) – depending on the Recipient’s country’s procedure & holidays season.
3. Items will be shipped out within 48hours of payment clearance to avoid any disputes (except Weekend & Custom Orders)
4. Tracking number will be provided to you once shipped out
5. Custom-made items (requested size/color) will be shipped out within 3-21 days or as per agreed.
6. Items will be shipped to the address that you PROVIDE or please message me for special delivery as well as special packaging (with additional cost).
7. I provide combine shipping, it will be calculated upon checkout
8. International Customs are handled by the recipient in their own country.
REFUND, EXCHANGE & CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES
1. Refunds and Exchanges – I do really hope that you will enjoy my products! But regret that I do not offer Refund and Return due to the nature of the products.
