Policies, Shipping, Refund & Exchange

Payment – I accept PayPal & Bitcoin (by appointment only)

The checkout system will take you to a secure PayPal window. If you are paying via E-check on PayPal, I need to wait till the payment clears before shipping the items ordered.

Please note that you don’t need a Paypal account to purchase. Simply click the PayPal button as you complete your checkout and select the link to pay with a credit card.

Shipping – ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE INCLUDING TRACKING NUMBER

All items will be shipped out from Airmail (Standard International) Cyprus Postal Service, which usually will take about 7-30days (excluding Weekend) – depending on the Recipient’s country’s procedure & holidays season.

Items will be shipped out within 48hours of payment clearance to avoid any disputes (except Weekend & Custom Orders). I will provide the tracking number as soon as I get it.

Please be informed that I’m trying to give you the best deal in Shipping cost, as I realized it that the Shipping cost FROM Cyprus is high. Items will be shipped out in a mail/post office box depending on the product itself, layered with plastics for double protection against weather.

Custom-made items (requested size/color) will be shipped out within 3-21 days or as per conversation.

Items will be shipped to the address that you PROVIDE or please convo me for special delivery as well as special packaging (additional cost).

All Shipping costs are INCLUDING POSTAGE, HANDLING & TRACKING NUMBER to avoid dispute and to ensure shipment safety. If you do not need tracking number, please msg me and I will refund €1.71 to your account. Any lost shipment due to no tracking number is not my responsibility.

When you purchase 2 different items, the shipping cost will be combined automatically. You can always check with me before purchasing.

International Customs are handled by the recipient in their own country.

If the actual shipping cost + handling is less than what you’ve paid, I’ll refund the excessive. Please take note that the cost that is stated on the postage paper is ONLY postage + tracking number charge and not including handling cost.

Refunds and Exchanges – I do really hope that you will enjoy my products! But regret that I do not offer Refund and Return due to the nature of the products.

Please be aware that colors on your monitors may or may not accurately represent the item you are viewing.
