• Marinate calamari with lemon, black pepper and crushed coriander for 30 minutes to eliminate the fishy smell on it<\/li>\n
• After marinated, deep fry calamari for 5 minutes, drain up and put it aside<\/li>\n
• Prepare saucepan, heat the butter, add chopped garlic, sliced onions, mix it well<\/li>\n
• Add fried calamari and add all of the sauces above<\/li>\n
• Add black pepper<\/li>\n
• Stir it well for another 5-10 minutes until calamari is cooked<\/li>\n
• Serve with steam rice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
