Ingredients:<\/p>\n

• 2 Fresh cucumber<\/li>\n
• 1 Fresh carrot<\/li>\n
• 5-10 Fresh shallot<\/li>\n
• Fresh chili\u00a0padi\u00a0\/ bird’s eye chili (optional)<\/li>\n
• 3-4 tbsp Apple cider vinegar<\/li>\n
• 1 tbsp Honey<\/li>\n
• Salt<\/li>\n
• 500ml Hot water<\/li>\n
• Glass jar with lid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  How to make it:<\/p>\n

  • Sterilize glass jar and its lid by boiling them in the water for 10-15 mins, clean and dry well<\/li>\n
  • Wash & dry cucumber and carrot, then dice them<\/li>\n
  • Peel the shallot and cut them into two or to leave it as a whole shallot<\/li>\n
  • Wash, dry & remove the stem from chili padi<\/li>\n
  • Mix apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and hot water, make a correction on taste if necessary<\/li>\n
  • Add vegetables and stir<\/li>\n
  • Transfer to a glass jar, let it rest for 1-2 hours before it is ready to be enjoyed<\/li>\n
  • Store the glass jar in the refrigerator, it should keep fresh for up to 2-3 weeks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
