Carnival season is officially started 😀
It started yesterday, Thursday which commonly known as “Tsiknopempti” 🙂 It is the day when all Greeks and Cypriots consume enormous amount of meat dishes or BBQ.
So, you can imagine, yesterday, Thursday, everywhere you go, you will see smoked coming out of almost every household. All grilled meat, partying outside, fireworks, and parade of King & Queen of this year’s Carnival 🙂
It’s the time when everybody are dressing up and go around the city until the Grand Carnival Parade on Sunday 22nd of February 2015. Like previous years, I never dress up with costume. I always appeared as “normal” because usually I don’t dress up normally 😀
And this year, I made something for myself 😀 A mask, a crochet mask with lace style and ribbon to tie 😀
Hopefully I will have the chance to wear it around 😀
