It’s been a long time since I share my recipe 😀
Today as a part of blogging day.. I’d like to share my Oven Baked Potato Wedges recipe – I just made an hour ago. It’s super easy, simple and delicious!
Before I start writing the recipe, I need to inform that those white like cheese is Anari Cheese – it’s a ricota style white, soft creamy cheese, mild sweet taste made from goat milk in Cyprus. If you can’t find this product in your area, then Parmesan is just fine 🙂
Pre-heat oven at 200°C/390°F
Ingredients:
- Potato – as many as you want
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
You will also need: plastic container with lid, baking paper and sheet baking pan
How-to-make-it:
- Cut potato in wedges, medium thickness – the thicker the cut, the longer the cooking time
- In plastic container combines: salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil and garlic powder. Mix well
- Add potato, close the lid and start to shake it until potato are all covered in mixture
- Line sheet baking pan with baking paper and arrange potato on it
- Baked for 30-35 minutes or until potato turned to golden brown
- When it’s still hot, sprinkles with grated Anari or Parmesan, mixed and serve
Easy peasy and delicious! The crispy taste is caused by garlic powder 🙂 If you like it spicy, add 1 tsp paprika powder and 1 tsp chili powder 😀
It’s great for all occasions, small party, watching tv, or hanging out with friends 😀
Happy cooking x
