- Bean sprout
- Chopped shrimp or chicken
- 300gr General purpose flour
- 75gr Rice flour
- 1/2tsp Baking powder
- 275ml Water
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 2tsp Coriander
- 11/2tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp Black pepper
- 1tsp Sugar
- Oil
How-to-make-it:
- Crush garlic, coriander, salt, black pepper and sugar until it becomes very smooth
- Mix it in a bowl – general purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder, above mixture, water, and eggs
- Mix it really well, then add carrots, bean sprout, shrimp, and mix it again until the batter is smooth
- Heat oil on medium level, wait until it gets really hot
- Using soup spoon (medium size), cover it with the mixture, and deep fry it until it gets brown
- You can also deep fry it without using soup spoon to make it round, can just simply use 2 spoons
- Serve with fresh chili
