Cheese Cake

One fine day..
and yeah my husband decided to make his famous NY style Cheese Cake for me! It took him only 20 minutes to make it, 15-20 minutes to bake it, and 6 hours to freeze it..what a long day!! *sigh*

But, it’s worth!! I called it Haris’s Super Cheese Cake..super delicious!! And he would love to share the recipe here! 😀

  • 600gr Philadelphia Cheese
  • 200gr Sugar (or 150gr Fructose)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 small pack of Morning Coffee Biscuit – crushed
  • 30gr Unsalted Butter
  • Preheat oven 175C
  • To make Crust: melt butter on the pan, add crushed biscuit, mix it well. Place the mixture on the bottom of 20cm diameter round aluminium foil, bake it for 5-10 minutes, until it becomes a bit hard, put it aside to cool
  • Prepare a bowl, mix Philadelphia Cheese and sugar
  • Add eggs one by one
  • Add Vanilla extract and mix it well
  • Take the aluminium foil with the crust inside, pour the batter on it
  • Bake it until the top gets golden brown
  • Take it out, leave it outside to cool and then put it in the fridge for 5-6 hours before serving
