{review} Zoomigurumi 1,2,3 & Animals at work

Are you a Amigurumi fan? Have you check Amigurumipatterns.net ?

I used to have “love hate” relationship with amigurumi. I love them and at them same time I hate it because it’s so difficult for me to hold those small hooks, until one day, I decided to make them bigger with 5.00mm hook and I fell in love as I made a giant Totoro 😀 Then I learnt that, amigurumi is not always using smaller hooks >.< lol!

I love to make amigurumi, it requires patience which I’m lacking of…but I do love it and I guess I have more patience now. I can sit for hours just to make 1 amigurumi, and I don’t mind it as I always feel good after I finished it 😀 (especially when I get more and more orders haha!)

There are a lot of designers, books, website offering paid or free pattern, there is one though that caught my eyes for their excellent patterns and results. It’s Amigurumipatterns.net – I found them through Facebook, and if I’m not mistaken it was a shared post. Since then, I always follow their pattern, free one, as I’m still a baby in amigurumi.

Then, just before I left for my holiday, I saw that they’re releasing their Zoomigurumi 1,2,3 & Animal at work as package! 😀 I said, I had to get this one for my ehm…early birthday present 😀 and I got them waiting silently in the box when I came back home 2 weeks ago. I was so happy as they are super cute!!! Even my husband, he “borrowed” them 😀

These books are collections of Amigurumi pattern by Amigurumi designers, a total of 56 patterns in 4 books for a great price! I highly recommend these cuties as they are very easy to follow. It includes basic crochet instructions, and the way the patterns are written is very vivid and clear, using US crochet terms, minimal design and clean.

The 4th book, Amigurumi Animal at work is a total cuteness!! It’s more intermediate/advanced as they bring amigurumi to a different level – showing vividly how animals at their work: their clothing & tools. I’m not either intermediate/advance in amigurumi but I said I have to try each of them 😀 *can’t wait*

So, what are you waiting for? Check their website to get the book, as they are selling them separately now http://www.amigurumipatterns.net/books/ and you can choose either PDF digital files or hard copies.

And make sure you follow them to get updates on released patterns, both free and paid! 🙂
