Paprika Cheezy Bite

Trying to find another salty bites for movie time or just as small bite while hanging out with your friends in the garden? I have one! I called it Cheezy bite. As its name, it’s very cheezy and finger-licking! I remembered the first time I made a small batch, it was gone under 1 hour time. And it’s very easy to make and since today is Saturday and it’s going to be a long weekend, I’m thinking to make a large batch for movies tonight. Let’s start then!

Paprika cheezy bite (1 of 1)

Ingredients:

  • 280gr shredded cheedar cheese
  • 60gr unsalted butter
  • 125gr all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp iced water
  • 3 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp chili pepper powder

How-to-do-it:

  • Mix cheedar and butter in a bowl
  • Mix flour, paprika powder and chili powder
  • Add flour mix to the cheedar mix, bit by bit and mix it well
  • Add iced water
  • After all ingredients are mixed like a dough, cover it with plastics and put it in the fridge for an hour
  • After an hour, heat up the oven at 175ºC
  • Roll thin the dough, I made it 1/2cm thick, and cut it small like boxes or diamond shape or even with cookies cutters
  • Place it on the baking tin covered with baking sheet, baked only for 8-10mins
  • Let it cool and serve 🙂

Have a great night out with your loved one! Hope you enjoy it!

Happy cooking! x
