Rag Rug Project (2)

Tadaaa… how are you today? Hope you are fine and healthy! 🙂 I’m so excited today about my project, and I decided to cut everything today! 😀 I did! I am so ready to crochet! I’m using the easiest pattern for the round rag rug.

I started with chain 5, slip stitch to the 1st chain, then 7 single crochet in the ring, place the marker (different color), and start with 2 single crochet in each of the previous single crochet, and move the marker, then start to do increasing stitches, *1 single crochet, 2 single crochet*, and repeat from * to *, until the end of the round, and move the marker, and start to increase more, *1 single crochet, 1 single crochet, 2 single crochet*, repeat from * to * and so on, until you find the suitable size. But you do need to be careful while crocheting in circle, if you increase the stitches at the same place, you will have a hexagonal, you need to be “tricky” here 🙂

So, here is mine, still very small, and I will keep you update how it goes, and also I will let you know how many times of increases that I’m using so far soon! I will combine that 2 colors, off-white and that beautiful green color to give a nice and fresh feeling!

So, see you soon! Hopefully I can make some progress tomorrow! 😀

Happy crocheting! x
